MyHero.com

MyHero.com provides inspirational stories, news articles, and bios about extraordinary people in order to elicit in visitors positive, productive feelings about the world we live in. This campaign strategy revolves around both the web presence and the interactive kiosks that are placed on bus terminals, in airports, and other high traffic areas.

The Website

With ever-flowing content and clear representations of the categories, certain types of stories are easy to spot and can be skimmed to find one of interest based on story type, location, or the person discussed.

Press record and tell the world.

The ads are interactive, featuring a camera and recording controls so the user can record his or her own video and upload it to the cloud. In this way, standing in front of their reflection, a user will feel that her or she is looking into a mirror - both physically and metaphorically. These personal admissions ease stress and can break the tension and silence between people near the terminal, adding to the experience. These terminals are placed in busy areas where people are waiting: airports, bus stops, malls, and the like.

The Logo

The logo borrows from the intentions of the original logo by keeping the rotated earth and encircling type, conveying the sense of worldly connection that the site strives to impart. It works simply as a flat color or with the continent details within the globe.
